I called housekeeping & front desk a few times to get a step or book so I can get onto the bed. I never got it. There's nothing for the adults to do here during the day because everything is based on the children, where they make their money. That's how Walt Disney stayed in business so long. We don't & others don't have children.

The three bedroom villa is amazing and perfect for large families!! This hotel is one of my favorites.

While we had a nice stay there... A little disappointed that when we checked out, I forgot a favorite sweater on chair of our balcony and I call today to check lost and found and nothing turned in. Sad to see that your housekeepers are thieves. Make sure to lock up your valuables when you're not in your room if you have them come in to tidy up. Sad you can't trust people.
Shout out to Front Desk Manager, Shaun for his timely responsiveness to a guest request to solve a problem for my daughter celebrating a very special anniversary this weekend. As a long-time Marriott guest who travels frequently, it meant a lot. Thank you!

I exchanged my timeshare, which is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite and was given basically a hotel room. My back deck view is woods (not nice but very overgrown) and front door is of the stairs. No ice machines in bldgs so you drive back to office for it. Road construction at entrance. Someone at the front desk is about to hear me complain.

Golfed this morning with my son, only to find a woman with her two kids driving around the golf course, not playing. The staff said that they couldn't tell her to leave due to guest retention. You just lost me.
