This hotel can not keep up with the amount of people. We’ve been here since Weds for a baseball tournament, no one has taken out the trash nor have they provided fresh towels. We have been to the desk twice and they said they don’t have any clean towels so they gave us pool tools. They have 1 laundry room for visitors with only 2 small washers. I would not recommend this resort if you are coming for a baseball tournament.

I am very disappointed in the lack of customer service at this location. We are longtime Marriott customers but cannot recommend this location.
