Customer Service is here is excellent. The reort is first class. Definitely felt exceptionally safe during Hurricane Matthew

This is our 4th year at MGV for fall break. We love it here. They were very accommodating when we needed to move to bldg 77 with the two queen beds for our big teenage boys! All attractions are within a few minute drive and of course hubby loves being on the golf course. Can't wait to come back next year! Thanks for a great week (minus Hurricane Matthew)!

This was my first visit here and I have to say my daughter in law and I have had the best time.. my grandchildren have had a blast at there pool...my only problem and I'm not making a big deal is they need step stools in the bathroom for children who can not reach to brush their teeth and wash their hands...

Very nice resort. Only complaint so far is the service at the pool restaurant in the main building. Basically sat at a table for 10-15 minutes without even being acknowledged. One gentlemen (looked like a manager) kept looking over at us but still nothing. Finally after asking a worker at the inside and bartender outside if there is someone to help us (response was there should be) my father and I just went inside and ordered at the counter. They can use some help at the that restaurant. Everything else has been great!

Left room at 7:45 am and returned at 9:30 pm to room that wasn't cleaned. Poor service and they push selling the MVC program, photos, spa, but can't clean a room or supply coffee? So very very disappointed as my expectations as a long time and loyal Marriott customer were not even close to being met.

So far we are enjoying everything! We are enjoying a one bedroom villa and have had breakfast at the grille overlooking the golf course and all it's beauty with great service and no complaints on the food. We then enjoyed exploring the grounds, and had a photo shoot with Joshua who was great. We then enjoyed some pool time at two of the four pools and enjoyed dinner at Copa Loca. All has been great so far.
