My husband and I recently stayed a this hotel for a business meeting. The staff was professional and accommodating in every way. I had asked prior to check in for a handicapped accessible room for my husband near the elevators as well as early check-in. All three requests were taken care and available as we arrived. The weather outside was cold and windy so it didn't work to take advantage of the pool area or the beach, but that would have been great. Beautiful hotel. My room reminded me of the Andaz West Hollywood. Very modern, up-to-date and beautiful.

We enjoyed our weekend here. Front Desk Clerk opened up the gift shop after it closed so that we could grab a snack! I thought that was really going the extra mile to make our stay a great one:)

I was at the hotel attending a church affiliated Missionary Retreat on January 12-14, 2017. The hotel was very clean and the rooms were nice. However, the bathroom was small and there were no grab bars in the shower and it was not safe for elderly people who walk with a cane. It was not safe even for others because you didn't have a bench to place your feet and bars to hold on to prevent falls. Management needs to correct this to prevent accidents or lawsuits.

The ocean view is quite nice and the many pools you can choose from either indoor and outdoor pools! I did like the shower with glass sliding door. Did not get the room I anticipated. Was misguided and told there was a sofa bed in the room & none of the rooms had them; they can only provide a roll away single bed. Room not up to date with cell phone plug in outlets and for price, I expected rooms to be bigger.
