Always a pleasure to stay at any Marriott's, but we love Myrtle Beach.
The hotel is beautiful but the best part of this place is the staff. They went above and beyond for us all week. Tons of activities to do with the kids. We'll be back soon!

Lovely location and we had beautiful ocean view room. The pool bar and outside by the pool is nice. Turned off by the charged of $40 to be on the wooden loungers under the umbrellas... there was no sign close by. A few steps down on the lower area there in the garden wall “no public in this area.” We are guest not the public of somewhere else. We pay the resort fees with our room and to be told to leave is a turn-off. My husband has been a Marriott member for years and is life-time platinum member...everyone should treated k... read more
The restaurant was understaffed for the night. Multiple tables waited over 1 hour to be served (or even having orders taken) without even being offered bread. Management said they were overwhelmed with bar traffic, room service, and a party. I believe the management was ineffective.
Excellent Vacation Great accommodations and recreational facilities
I came for a business meeting I stayed for 4 nights. I left the room for a meeting . I returned and realized that my big blue towel had been missing. I contacted the front desk and they were not able to rectify the situation! I don’t like a thief and for house keeping to take something out of the room that doesn’t belong to them is a BIG NO NO ! I will not return and I will be letting my employer know that we will no longer be using the Marriott Chains in the future! Totally understand now why the Marriott gets so many bad r... read more
