RecommendedBeautiful beachfront resort. Good food, nice bar and overall service.
Very disappointed in our last stay. Tipped $10 cash poolside to our waiter then realized he added a tip to our bill too. When I called to inquire I was asked if we closed our tab out which we didn’t. Then I was told that if the tab is not closed out waiters will add a tip. Just wow... I’m a rewards member and a vacation club member and I feel that this is unacceptable. Always enjoy our yearly vacation here. Good beach for swimming. Tasty cocktails and good views from the room.
Ash is the best waiter. Our kids want to go back to South Carolina just to see him again, and the hotel was great!!
We had an amazing experience with the resort. It was our first time in Myrtle Beach and my family was not disappointed. The resort was beautiful, clean and the staff was wonderfully pleasant. Main pool was busy but we never felt like it was overly crowded. The kids pool was perfect for my 3 year old niece even my 14 year old son enjoyed the slide. Im sure we will be back next year.

The level of customer service was not up to par. The pool attendants were very rude. The resort was beautiful and clean!
Beautiful Place!! First day had lunch outside waiter wasn’t good at all. Gave me a can of beer with a lime on it! Had to wait for a glass ! Lunch comes out no silverware. Had to wait again. My husband is an member !!
We just got home from our trip here and had an absolute blast! Everything was wonderful. We loved the daily activities for kids, the pools, the service, everything was amazing!! Can’t wait to return!!
