We were told when we reserved the room that there would be an incidental charge of $24 a night. instead they charged $250. My family and i get together every year to Christmas shop. They wiped out my bank account so I couldn't do that. My daughter ran to the bathroom when we got there and there was urine on the toilet seat. The trash can looked like someone had puked I'm it and there was mildew in the toilet and shower. Worst experience ever!

This is something we require of all transient guests. The $20 incidental fee is the standard amount that is held throughout the week. we have been staying in Phoenix because my husband has been going through cancer treatment we have been staying at a residence Marriott hotel we will be checking out tomorrow we have been here since 8/12/20 yesterday we were told there is a charge for close to $200 to the room for internet on November 13 i called the front desk to upgrade the internet for 1 day when I called them they said that we have been here for so long they would go ahead and remove the charge we where m… See more
