On October 13th a small group of my friends and I stayed at this hotel for my 30th birthday. About 6pm we heard a knock on the door and said we had a noise complaint and could we quiet down. We respected that and did so. We left shortly after, we returned to the hotel at about 2:00 a.m and could not get in our room. We were sitting in the hallway, very quietly that I could hear other guests TVs. I have never been tested so rudely in my entire life! When I returned to my room around 11 pm Tuesday night I discovered that neither of my keys were working. I went down to the front desk and was given two new ones. Went back upstairs and neither would open my door. Returned to the front desk where I was questioned about if I even knew how to use them.
