The resort itself is absolutely beautiful. The staff, however, is rude. I am Lifetime Gold, Nine Year Platinum Member and I had to threaten that I was going to file a compliant in order to get a 2pm checkout. Additionally, when we checked in, the gentleman that checked us in was extremely rude.
Used to be my favorite spot, but complaint about the room was completely ignored not only at the front desk but again when I reached out my messenger. Have been Platinum Elite member for years and was very disappointed. Guess it will be Hilton from here on.
Beautiful we are enjoying our stay
Great location. However the service and cleanliness at this hotel is lacking. I'm an avid traveler and wholeheartedly love Marriott as I’m a Platiumn member and this hotel is one of the worst resorts I have been to. It seems the staff does not take ownership or pride if their property.
The people are extremely accommodating! The property is beautiful and the beach is wonderful, especially for young ones (flat and hard sand)! It is close to a lot, but is away from the craziness.
Great location and ocean view. Property is clean and well kept. We are enjoying our visit. Hibiscus Spa is a special treat. Be sure to visit.
We love coming here ! Tiffany the kids activity coordinator is the BEST! She has the best activities for the children and makes everything so fun. Everyone is so accommodating and the property is perfect. Always a great time !

Beautiful & very clean. It’s definitely a gem nestled in Myrtle Beach. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else.
