We had an amazing vacation at this Marriott! Sarah and her customer service topped the charts! The room was perfect , the beaches are great and the resort pools are top notch. Our family can't wait to come back!!
Currently here for a conference. Day 3, nice staff, nice hotel. Notice no microwave but they brought one up. Notice no towel racks to hang towels and wash cloth. No balcony. Room nice and spacious. Love the all glass shower. Pool areas are nice. Very nice hotel.
I have to say good but not great - odd little things like not enough towel racks, yet they want you to go "green" and not change out towels every day.

Great staff at the Marriott Grande Dunes in Myrtle Beach. Lindsey and Andrew at the front desk were incredibly accomodating and Christian provided excellent service at The Cove. I highly recommend staying at this Marriott property if you have the opportunity!
Booked online the morning of our stay...We were only stopping for the night on our road trip. Got the last room available and man did we luck out. Beautiful room with perfect view of the resort and the beach. Everyone was really nice. We seriously considered saying "forget the rest of the trip, lets stay here!" Wish we had...The Marriott we stayed in when we got to Key West was a nightmare.
Everyone that works there is incredibly friendly and helpful. Although the resort was under construction during our stay we barely noticed. The pools and dining areas were lovely.
Very lovely resort and pool area. Wonderful location. Staff very nice.
