Econolodge service at Marriott resort prices. I really feel sorry for the restaurant wait staff. They were short 2 or 3 Thursday 7/13 and the kitchen did them no favors. It took just short of an hour for the kitchen to prepare a chicken wrap and a salad. We just about left. Supposedly one kitchen for all the restaurants on site. Although the restaurant service was slow, it is a nice facility and I would consider going back, but if I ate on site it would only be at off-peak times.

Grand feel, quick beach access. Very friendly and accessible staff. I booked 2 rooms online then called the front desk and they were able to move reservations to get me connecting rooms since I was traveling with kids. Also, we arrived early at 10am (check-in is at 4pm) ... they held my luggage, valet my car ($18/day but totally worth it) gave us access to the property and called me when the room was ready! Calm beaches with quick car access to main Myrtle Beach attractions.

We have come here the last 4 years. We like the place, and the staff is wonderful. I don't like their resort fee or parking charge, but they re-did the rooms this past year and it is very nice. We will come back again.

My wife and I have been coming here since 2011 and have rarely been disappointed. We love the pools and being right on the ocean. And the fact that you can order lunch and a drink right from your lounge chair at poolside. They did a good job on the composite walkway to the ocean and bringing the 2 seat "cabanas" to pool side. They have full time towel service so you can get as many as you need. The only reason I gave it a 4 was that the room had a hard time keeping cool and was probably at 75. The pools, rooms and beach are nice, however between the many hidden fees, people they expect you to tip, and overpriced food and drinks, you could go stay at a Sandal's All Inclusive resort for the same price which is far nicer. Won't be staying here again.

Staying here on business. The setting is beautiful! The food is excellent and the room is spacious. Very nice and I will return.
