The worst ever,,,,,money hungry for less than below luxurious apartments as they say. Always adding fees without knowledge, and never following residents or maintenance request. Contract work of repairs is cheaest they can hire. Do look much more. Would never recommend.
This is about Main Street Village in Granger, IN. If you are thinking about living here, think twice and send your dollars else where. If you have a concern that you want to bring to management, don't bother as you'll be wasting your breath. When you call over the phone to ask for the manager, you will be told he is "out on the property". When you stop by later that day to speak to him about your concern in person you will be told, "he is out of town". Just nothing but lies. We live in a villa community next to a Marquette property in Mishawaka, IN. I spoke with the present manager today asking her to tell the snow removing crew to stop dumping snow on our property and other villa properties. I also pointed out the huge piles of snow by the stop signs blocking the view to oncoming traffic. This property has huge amounts of land by the back entrance and plenty of space to put the snow.
