RecommendedValley Creek Apartments Living - Woodbury MN - 55125 Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound ( SMART). Marquette does a good job of bringing the community together. Very professional as well as a friendly environment. Beautifully maintained landscapes, Well done community engagement activities, and a very helpful OnSite Staff. Fantastic Turn around on WorkOrders, and total commitment towards service. Good use of technology to take total ownership of tasks. I will always recommend this community .
They took over my apartment complex in Ann Arbor, Michigan and installed incompetent and rude management.

I moved here after having a really rough apartment experience, and this group is fantastic! I live in a Westville property (Maple Knoll), and the apartment is gorgeous, maintenance is prompt, the work-out center is great,a nd I have been nothing but pleased with moving here. The neighborhood is quiet, and everyone has been very helpful. I highly recommend it to anyone in the area!.

Looking to lease at the Club of the Isle on Galveston Island (we are ready to move in, but are waiting for a 2nd floor apartment) ;) I can say two things about the management company: 1. Of course, the property is beautiful, but I'm impressed with the people. Everyone we have dealt with at Club of the Isle has been top-notch; a perfect blend of the professionalism that should come with a luxury property, and the comfortable down-home demeanor that everyone would love to live next to. 2. If I could give them 0 stars or even negative ones I absolutely would...Yet again without hot water and no one cares...When you call the emergency after hours phone, the on call person tells you that he lives in another building and can't help you.....This management company is nothing but crooks...Whatever you do DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY YOUR BUSINESS...Shame on all of them..

I just had a encounter with one of the rudest agents by the name of Lolita Cleaves. My faucet is broken on my tub and when asked the estimate time for a resolution I was told that my concern was not a priority and that I can wash up in the sink. In the sink?? Really?? This agent made such a scene that I had to step out of my normal conservative self and show Lolita that her disrespect would not be tolerated. This agent went into my personal file and started screaming out personal information in front of everyone in the offic... read more
