RUN FAR FAR AWAY FROM ANY PROPERTY OWNED BY MARQUETTE!! This company lacks customer service and any sense of urgency, when it comes to taking care of their tenants. My husband and I are dealing with a health code violation in our unit and have been displaced, going on 5 weeks. We’ve gotten everything but answers, including the run around with inspectors who have visited our unit. The tenant in the unit directly above mine has been urinating onto my balcony since on or around December 28, 2019. After numerous attempts to remedy this issue, no action had been taken by staff and no one has followed-up with me. Not only is part of my unit now unusable, but in light of the Coronavirus pandemic, using my balcony poses a material health risk. The most frustrating customer service experience I have ever had (or lack of). Not only did I not receive an email or a message reply, I left a voicemail for the regional manager which has never been returned. Do you only care for your tenants until they move out?

Horrible management. Moved out and are charging us for carpet replacement when we were told when we moved in it was not new and now are saying it’s worn out and have to replace the whole carpet. They would not do anything to lower our balance and are keeping our deposit on top of that. Would not recommend moving into Willow Crossing with this management company!

Ann Arbor MI. $1,300/month + 200 IN JUST utilities. The new manager responded to problems when brought to her but no one else reacted.balcony taken down and replaced two weeks of furniture and plants in the living room dining room. 16 days no toilet. 14 days no bedroom because of black mold and the closet had to be ripped out. woke up to men in Hazmat suits and masks in the apartment. Most heartless property management company!! Whatever you do don't expect any act of kindness or help if you happen to fall on hard times! The Marquette Cares program is just so they can put on a front.
