I have never been treated with blatant disrespect in a professional setting. We were unwilling to continue negotiations on an outrageous deal. Our keys were held during the deal even though we asked for them repeatedly and not returned until we were yelling at D.O.G. in the parking lot. This person knocked on our window while we were driving to continue asserting the deal. I will never return as long as I live.

I'm a real estate broker and have an MBA in marketing. I was very displeased with the way the dealership handles its online marketing. My husband and I went in to see a Toyota Tacoma advertised for $17,987. It wasn't quite ready for sale, but they suggested I go ahead and negotiate subject to inspections. All I can say is worthless dishonest and a big waist of time from the body shop to the auto dealership and the owner him self .Never ever do business here biggest mistake of my life

I'm not sure why it is so hard to get this place to sell you a car. If someone says, "Here, take some money", are you going to ignore that person? My husband is a loyal customer. He has bought four trucks from Casa. I have been trying for over a week to talk to someone about a car I'm interested in. I have been through THREE salespeople and one manager. My wife bought a Chevy Cruz from Marks. From the beginning to the end of getting my wife in a nice vehicle, everyone from sales and the finance department were on top of all questions that we asked them. We waited awhile but that's part of it. My wife and I would really like to thank Ian for his ability, and knowledge od financing this vehicle for us.
