Purchased a car 2 years ago, it has had many engine issues that have resulted in major repair. It has been so very stressful and I do not recommend Chevy products. With that being said, Mike Arnold from the service department has been amazing and so very helpful (and we have been there many times). Our experience with Mark’s Casa has been very good and the team in the service department are wonderful! I will never purchase a Chevrolet product again but I will buy my next car from this dealership. Thank you Mike Arnold for ta... read more

Avoid this place like the plague, they’re repeat offenders of yo yo financing. I’ve met multiple people since I bought my car that have the same experience at various Marks Casa dealerships around Albuquerque. As for me, I bought a 2018 Cruze in June. Now going on 3 months later and they’ve STILL yet to get my paperwork figured out, because these a**holes are pulling the longest running scam in history. Finally had to call them when my first payment was due because I never heard anything. They said I didn’t get approved beca... read more

Not a good experience, first of all when I specifically asked for no extended warranty, it was snuck added to the bottom of the contract. Then my trade in still has not been paid off! My previous vehicle is now being reported to the credit bureau LATE! Omg I have called and spoke to Christine in finance and was told “checks in the mail “ also no plates yet and i’m Driving on an expired drive out sticker. So frustrated.

I would like to thank the technician that worked on our 2016 Chevrolet Malibu with 15,723 miles that we purchased from Mark’s Casa with 10 miles on it. Now that we have basically a refurbished engine on a new car that we’re stuck with. We can only hope a catastrophic event happens to this pile so we can get out from underneath it!! I would also to thank the teams at Mark’s Casa for doing the bare minimum and conducting themselves under these business practices it speaks volumes!!!!!

I wish there was a way to leave a no star review. We pulled in the service Dept and asked for some emergency help! My ac in my Tahoe started blowing hot air. It’s a company vehicle and we had two k9 dogs inside a hot vehicle in mid ninety degree temperatures. Once I mentioned K9 dogs the service guy we talked to didn’t even check and said they were busy until Monday and couldn’t help us. I looked at him with the you have to be kidding me look. We walked out after they just blew us off. Thanks for nothing guys.
