I got here yesterday to find out what's wrong with my truck...cuz it was shaking slowing down and this truck is only a year old and bpught from Mark Casa...and u think warranty would cover they didnt offer to help.. they told me I needed this and that want to charge me 523 while a tire shop in Gallup is doing the job for only 130... thank you American Tire. I'm taking my business elsewhere. They were no help...but they took 119 to hook up to a computer and they can't do a job what is being told what's wrong with the vehicle.... read more

What can I say! I went in wanting a new vehicle, I thought I knew what I wanted. I went in with a reluctant attitude. Ramzy greeted me when I got there and immediately put my mind at ease. Bad business. Look at the bbb and reviews 6-9 months back. They where a good company for a car lot but something has changed.
I think I only had great experience when they were selling my car. When i had my lowjack installed, I was waiting for 2 hrs and a half. I decided to check, to find out my car was done and nobody told me. I left the dealership pissed off, hoping I don't have to set foot on this place again. After that, I get no phone calls back from service nor from the salesperson. I live in Farmington, we have webb chevrolet and webb Toyota and they are sooo much bettterrrr. Sorry guys.
