I will never recommended buying a car from Mark’s Casa Chevrolet. The amount of crap I have had to deal with since I decided to buy my husband a new car has been terrible. I got the car from them the 29th of November, and my loan for his old car still has not been paid off, which hit my credit negatively, obviously showing they don’t care about their customer. Christiana , Kenny, and Patricia are the best people to work with at Mark Casa's. They knew what we needed and wanted there was no stress no pressure. I was rear-ended and the car was totaled. Mark Casa's was there for me with giving advice and lending me a car to use so I didn't have to pay for a rental. Christiana had 3 cars for me to look at immediately because she knows me and my needs. I’m am so beyond disappointed in the service here! I bought my Chevy Traverse here a couple months ago. Well today I needed an oil change and scheduled it to be at 1. Automatically at drop off they wanted to deny that my car was still covered for an oil change, saying my mileage is over the limit of 24,000 miles etc. Well after the headache of telling them there’s no way it’s expired THEY figured out the problem. My granny Mary recently went in and bought a 2017 Chevy Cruze on 11/10/17. She was helped by Michael Cunningham and said he was more than helpful and gave her everything she asked for at a price she could afford. I had my son bring my Jeep and while we are out to have the oil change. When they change the oil they didn't put the cover back on the engine incorrectly so it rub the paint down to the metal off of part of my hood. So I called and threw a fit and then I came up here and I waited and I waited. Finally I spoke to a Salesman who got me the service manager Justin. I can't find a Facebook page for Mark's Collision One, so I'll leave this here seeing as how the two are attached. About three weeks ago there was an attempted hotwire on my car and Geico had my car taken to Mark's. To say that the experience of having them work on my car was frustrating is a tremendous understatement.
