It's rare I would ever rate a car dealership as great but this is certainly an exception. My wife and I were looking for a car for her because she started a job recently. We were referred here by a friend to specifically see Wil. We were told he'd take good care of us. That's just what happened. I had THE best experience here. Not only did they make a stressful situation enjoyable, but they really did get me into a vehicle that I love. I should have walked out when I caught the sales person in the first lie but I felt like if I called them on it we could stop the silliness and get down to business and in fairness they straightened up until the papers were signed. Since then it has been one lie after another and a long string of broken promises. Even the Customer Service/Satisfaction Manager (Ms. Holmes) is unable to tell the truth. They know they give lousy service and they will promise you the moon if you will give them all "5's" on the survey from GM. I ... read more

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Long story short I have unfortunately taken two vehicles here and have had horrible customer service each time and they have cost me even more money fixing their mistakes. I called Chevy corporate to try to get a call back from the service department and they LIED to them saying that they had spoken to me multiple times when I never received a single phone call. I will never do business here again. They don't care about their customers.

Making such a big and important purchase has never felt so easy. I bought my truck from Quin last week and I would strongly recommended anyone that you ask for him from the start.
