My daughter was sold a brand Chevy last year which she had to take to the service department for engine issues eleven times. Finally they decided to give her a new car and after having the car for two weeks she was called back to resign new paperwork because her monthly payment was being increased. We are so done with this dealership. They are absolutely ridiculous.
My wife and I had such a bad experience and terrible service with Melloy and Carmax, which caused us to be out of a vehicle nearly a month! I apologize for not listening to my friend's advice in visiting you first. Our visit here was our last resort and a blessing in disguise. Huge shout out to Christian and Jack! I had my car serviced here while I was visiting my family. After a 2,000 mile drive I needed it badly. The staff was so great at accommodating me last minute and got my service done quickly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my family and friends in Albuquerque!

Over the years I've had my share of experiences with car dealerships--most of them bad with high-pressure salespeople. My wife and & stopped in at Casa Chevy late in the evening to test drive a few cars, but found our perfect car right away.
