It is now 23 days after buying a new truck. I wrote a check to pay off my trade, and that check was cashed 21 days ago. My trade still has not been paid off and now my payment for it is overdue. Was happy with the initial sale and vehicle but this experience with Henry in finance leaves a lot to be desired. Still waiting for a return phone call and my trade to be paid off.
I just bought an 07 Mustang from Mike Cunningham. He and Kimberly Holmes, along with the other very helpful and friendly staff made my goal possible. I am so pleased with the experience I've had here and will definitely refer anyone and everyone to come see them! Thanks guys!
