Jason was incredibly patient, knowledgable and easy to work with. He was willing to work long hours in order to meet our availability to see homes. He definitely knows his stuff! Also appreciated referrals for various services. His staff is friendly and supportive. The ability to do a lot of paperwork over the internet was great and sure saved time and energy.

Jason was always available and was key to helping me find the house that was best for me. He made sure to have septic inspection done immediately and when inspection came back bad he worked with sellers to hook to city sewer. I highly recommend work With him I am glad I did.

This was our first home so we had a million questions. Jason had no problem answering all of them. His use of technology was a big help. Electronic signing meant our offers got put in faster and no need to meet up, witch saved us a lot of time. He was very organized. When viewing houses he gave us a print out of all the house stacked in order with room for notes. He has great negotiation skills! Got us in our home for much less than the list price. It was a great overall experience! Thanks Jason!

I was under a time constraint. I had one month to get out of my rental. Jason worked with me diligently. He assured me that we would do it and we did. We were looking at 10 to 15 houses per day. Jason gave me his honest opinion with his vast knowledge of building and construction. Within a month I was moving into the house of my dreams. Thank you Jason for all of your hard work.
