Jason, he is very nice realtor. I am very happy to find my house with his help.I were very pleased to have worked with him. He was always very formal with everything, from the process itself, returning all the phone calls, answering all my questions. He was very helpful and also gave me a lot of guidance during the process that was very important for me as first time buyers. He was also very flexible with schedules for visiting the properties at the time it was convenient for me. It was a great experience.

Jason is the best relator you will find. His approach is different than other realtors. He came to our home and showed us comparable’ s in the area and built a case in front of us as to what the sale price of our home should be. We were able to see actual facts on the computer and ask questions based on facts and not just on opinions. While at our home he provided excellent advice as improvements to make in order to sell the home. He does not tell you what you want to hear. Jason put up with a lot of crap from me with all of my questions and issues lol. I put him through the ringer but he kept on looking for me until I found the perfect house. I would recommend him to any of my friends and will use him again in the future. Thanks Jason!

Jason was very professional and "real". I completely trusted him through the process of buying my home. He didn't tell me just what I wanted to hear, he told me the truth. He was very down to earth, not at all pretentious like a lot of agents, and was very responsive to my frequent communications. My husband and I moved back to Michigan after 12 years in Ohio. We were downsizing and our budget was limited. Additionally we have 3 dogs who were boarded during our home search which was cause for some expediency. Jason was almost on call 24/7. Jason was extremely helpful in helping us find our home. He was willing to drop whatever he was doing (when not interfering with other customers) to help us in whatever we needed. Whether it was just answering questions, doing research, etc, Jason took care of everything we needed. Highly recommended :-)

Excellent service, very knowledgeable, people person. My husband and I had to drag our girls to see the house, to meet Jason at office and discuss the purchase of our home and so on, long process all in all; my kids enjoyed every moment of it :). Staff and Jason were very nice and warm and made us and the kids feel that we were in the best hands for the process. I would highly recommend Jason Minnick for a real estate agent, as well as his company Market Elite. Jason was an excellent agent he was always easy to get in touch with and was very knowledge about each property that he showed me. He would give me positive and negative feed back about different homes that was in my best interest as well as not in my best interest.
