Working with Jason Minnick and his team at Market Elite has been a wonderful experience. As a first time home buyer I did not know where to start or how the process worked, and I was working with a time constraint as well since we were unexpectedly unable to renew our lease. Our home was listed less than a week when Jason sold it. He gave us good advise on how much to invest into the house before putting it up for sale. He also has a great staff to back him up when he was unavailable. You could always get an answer to a question.

Jason contacted me after I requested information on a home. From the beginning I knew he was the realtor for me and my fiancée. He is very knowledgeable of the area and homes. Our process was very long and involved as we went in on short sale. Jason warned us of the process and how long it could take, we just wanted the house bad enough we made an offer. We are close to closing and while the process has been long and painful, Jason was there every step of the way with updates when available.

When I wanted to look at property, Jason always made sure that he or an associate were available to show it. I had spotty credit and Jason found me a mortgage. All in all a very positive experience. I will recommend Jason whenever I get the opportunity.

Jason Minnick and Market Elite were very efficient at aiding my husband and I through our home purchasing experience. When emails or text messages were sent after business hours with the expectation that Jason would respond to them during the next business day we were pleasantly surprised to receive responses minutes later. Jason is a full-time realtor, available 24/7! He is very knowledgeable and personable! After working with a part-time realtor who was not sure of anything, it was great to be referred to Jason by a family member who worked with him in the past! I highly recommend him to help you buy or sell a home!

Jason was a pleasure to work with. When we were unsure whether or not we wanted to move, Jason not only took the time to show us some houses, he also provided us with alternative options, such as refinancing, which allowed us to update our house. Although we didn't buy a house with Jason, he was able to help us out through the refinancing phase, and was with us every step of the way. Jason is a full-time experienced Realtor who is very knowledgeable! He is available 24/7 to answer your questions and concerns. He is also very friendly and personable. We worked with a part-time realtor for a few months. She was not prepared or available like Jason was. I am glad my neice recommended him to us!
