Jason was a very big help in purchasing our home besides being our agent. He answered every question I had honestly and thoroughly. I could text him with any concerns and I got a response almost right away every time. -He knows his stuff hands down. -is extremely down to earth and can basically find anything you're looking for and work with any budget -is very patient -follows up -on time -we chose him to also sell our home.

Jason is an amazing realtor! My wife and I couldn't be happier with his help during our home buying process. He was honest and gave us good feedback (whether it be negative or positive) when we were looking at houses. He was always very responsive and answered questions that we had. Jason was very helpful diuring out quest for a house, My husband and I was looking for a home easy to move into with few or no stairs, with everything on first level. We looked at lot of homes and Jason was always their for us, this was a first for us in a long time. Jason was very patient and helpful throughout our home search. As our requirements evolved during our search he was responsive to our changes and patient with us looking at dozens of homes. Jason always made himself available to show us homes on our schedule. He listened to our criteria and helped us find the right home for us; he did not ever push us towards a specific home, but listened to our wants and needs. Jason lead us through the entire lending and closing process as well.

Super reliable and on his game when it comes to values of homes. He will be the first person I contact when I am ready to sell my home. But then he all ready knows that.
