Jason is hands down the best realtor you will find not only on the East side but anywhere. He is beyond knowledgeable in real estate. I hired Jason to sell a condo for my mothers estate. I don't live in Michigan so Jason was able to help me with hiring crews to clean an make minor repairs to get the condo ready for sale with minimal cost. I was able to complete all the paperwork and close on the sale of the condo without traveling to Michigan. I would hire him again.

Simply the best realtor we could find. His knowledge of every step in this process was extremely helpful. He never sugar coats a house just to try and get you to buy it, he will see however many houses you want. If you pull up and just dont like the curb appeal he simply says lets move on. He doesn't pressure you ever and provides expertise on any question you could ask. Highly recommend Jason Minnick and the Market Elite team.

From the start Jason has been a great help. Best thing about working with him is that he would see things that I didn't see that would make a home a deal breaker. As a first time homer buyer, it was difficult to see what I really wanted in a home, to make it harder, I had to get something my parents were happy with too... Somehow we managed to make it work. Jason has a great team of professionals around him Stephanie working tirelessly on my mortgage to April making sure all the paperwork was in order.
