Jason helped me buy my first condo in August. I didn't know very much about the process and he really put a lot of effort into explaining things to me. When I realized the windows on my condo needed replacing, he found the warantee information for me. After I bought the house and lived there for a few months my refrigerator broke. Even though his job was done and he had nothing to gain from helping me, he found the phone number for the home warantee company so I could call and make a claim. Jason was very on top of my needs for helping me find a new home...before I started using him I had 2 other agents looking for me also, and he got the listings to me 6 to 48 hours sooner than the others....which is key in the present market.
