Derek was an incredible person to work with; very professional and relatable. I was nervous at first when I was selecting a real estate agent, because I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, but Derek was beyond helpful. He presented me with options that fit my needs and budget, and he was able to walk me through the process of home buying. I now have a beautiful home in St. Claire Shores thanks to Derek's help. From our first interaction, Derek was very professional yet extremely relatable and down to earth. I contacted Jason on a Saturday, he returned my call on Sunday, took me out to see two houses on Monday and a third on Tuesday, which I ended up buying. I moved in 2 weeks later! The main thing I noticed about Jason is that he didn't want to make a sale just for the sake of making a sale. For each of the first two houses I saw, he showed me the BAD and the good.
