Jason was always on top of his game when it came to looking at homes. Very Knowledgeable with the buying process and quick to get answers. As a first time home buyer he helped me understand the in's and out's of the home buying process.

With Jason's help our home buying experience was simple and easy. Because of him we were able to find our new home at a great price and quickly find a tenant for our old one. His knowledge of the area was great and was very honest through out the whole ordeal. I would recommend him to anyone.

I found Jason online, on this site actually. He had good reviews and after speaking with him I was impressed. He was very flexible and accommodating to our schedule. He listened to our needs and was very honest and educating throughout the process. However, Jason also does loans and we did ask that he give us a quote to go through him. At the same time we were getting quotes from other institutions. Working with Ryan from Market Elite was a wonderful experience, especially for a first time home owner such as myself. I am not an easy customer to please and I often ask a lot of questions. Ryan went above and beyond in making sure all of my questions (mainly about the home I was buying) were answered in a timely and professional manner. Jason is awesome to work with. Very easy to communicate with whether it is a phone call, text, or email. Jason was very helpful he took my wife and I to look at several houses as well as gave us a pretty spot on appraisal of our current house. Although we ended up deciding to stay in our current house, Jason still helped us refinance our house and in the end saved us money. Without a doubt I would recommend Jason to friends and family. I had a great experience working with Jason from the beginning to the end of the long process. I never felt pressured to buy and Jason set up showings quickly. He was very patient with me when it came to getting all of the required documentation for loan approval. Jason was always honest and respectful.
