Derek made my first home buying experience simple and painless. He was available any time I needed him, and was able to work around my busy work schedule. Although there were some issues with the seller, Derek always kept my interests in mind and did some wonderful negotiating. He was happy to explain the complex documents that come with the home buying process. I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy their first home.

As a first time home buyer I was a bit hesitant about selecting a realtor, but Derek met all of my expectations and then some. He did an excellent job of listening and did his best to check all of the boxes on my wish list. I was referred to Jason through a friend and I contacted Jason just to inquire if I was even ready to start the process of looking for a home.
