The Elite team is a wonderful agency. I found a great Real Estate agent; Stephanie Smith. She is awesome! She made my fiancé and I very comfortable throughout the whole process. We have hectic work schedules, Which makes things a lot harder. but Stephanie was there every step of the way and was very flexible. Every time we wanted to see a house, she would make it happen. She communicates very well and is very knowledgeable and professional. We recommend her to all our friends and family!!

I worked with Jack and the Elite Team and had an absolutely wonderful experience! Jack was very easy to talk to, was not the typical pushy real estate agent, and definitely listened to the things my family wanted and needed in a property! Jason Minnick did a great job with finding homes that met my criteria and found tons of homes in my price range, he also did a great job negotiating and getting me into my new home in not time! I'd highly recommend Jason to anyone that was looking for a new home!

Scott helped me find my first condo and that was the condo that I was selling. He did such a good job that I decided to use him to sell this condo for me. I found him very helpful on all the things I needed done to the house in order to sell it. Scott was very knowledgeable, friendly and I would recommend him to others.

My Pastor referred me to Jason and his team. We had an extremely tight budget and spent a great deal of time looking at houses within this budget. He and his team showed us many of the houses we wanted to see and in the end helped us when we found the perfect house. He helped us with the FHA process and helped us with the contract and revisions until everything was finalized.

Jason Minnick was really good at finding homes in the price range I was looking for and found plenty of options in my preferred areas. Furthermore, his advice and negotiating skills were really top-notch: he helped me determine a counter-offer that got me into my number one home option very quickly! He would be the first guy I'd recommend to friends looking to buy a home!

Jason was very helpful and always available. He helped us sell our house within 5 days and we received multiple offers and got above our asking price. He then helped us buy our forever house.
