The experience was overall great. Jeff was knowledgeable to the Michigan market. He was patient. Because I came from California on a contingency plan. (Had to wait for my ex to buy me out). Jeff worked with that and showed me properties continually. Even though the buying experience didn't move fast enough for me, it was efficient and planned well. I plan to make a commercial purchase and Jeff is at the top of my list for my buying needs

I loved working with Jason.He is very educated in all of the real estate process,and very personable.Jason is very knowledgeable of his metro detroit surroundings and has his fingers on the pulse.He will not waste your time looking at houses that dont interest you. He goes out of his way to please his customers and will have a repeat one in me when the time comes.I forgot to mention that his staff is first class and very professional.I highly recommend him for for all your real estate and mortgage needs

I had the pleasure of working with Jason Minnick and Market Elite when I was on the market for a lakefront condo. Jason worked as a buyer’s agent for me. The overall experience was excellent. Justin Smith was my realtor for over 7 months. He was very helpful and very patient in helping me find the perfect house for me. He was extremely available, late in the evening and weekends too. I am a first time home owner and he explained everything I needed to know and guided me through the whole process. I did trust Justin fully during this whole home buying experience. He was very professional while very personable too. I would definitely work with him again.

We had a great experience with the Elite Team! They helped us buy our dream house! They really went out of their way to make it happen. They were also able to sell our house in two days. Our realtor Ryan Slade did a fantastic job negotiating on our behalf and keeping us in the loop though out the both the buying and selling process. We highly recommend them!

Great company and great staff. Ryan was very knowledgeable and experienced. Ryan kept sending us new house listings via email on a daily basis. Ryan had flexible schedule and took the time to show us more than one house. In my opinion it felt like that Ryan was actually buying a house for his own. He gave us advices on the house itself and the city and the school district. Jason was very professional. After we had contacted him Jason ran with the ball. He lined up the viewing for the location that we wanted to see. He had an answer for all of our questions and when we needed detailed information Jason found the information that we had requested. Awesome experience!! Our agent jack was amazing!! He went above and beyond for us and made the whole process super easy!He always got back to us quickly and gave us lots of options to look at. We will deffinetly be contacting him when we are ready to buy!
