We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent than Jim Knodell. He was always quick to respond and extremely efficient in setting up showings. His knowledge and experience was a huge help for a first time home buyer like myself. I will definitely be recommending Jim to family, friends and colleagues that are looking to buy or sell their homes.

I was luck enough to find Jason on the internet, when searching for a realtor. He was very professional and listened to what my husband and I wanted. We were very pleased with the whole buy process. Had a great experience with Mark. He was helpful and ready to explain anything I had questions about. He even took the time to bring all the paperwork to my job so I didn't have to miss time. He was good to his word. If he said if was this much or would take this amount of time. He was on his mark everytime.

We moved to Michigan from Colorado and start the search for a new home, and that needed to be FAST. worked for few agents for couple days and they didn't offer me the service I was Looking for. Jim Knodell assisted me in the first time buying process about a year ago. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He asked me what I was looking for in a home and ensured I did not stray away from that path. He never pressured me into buying, but instead urged me to slow down and consider all variables prior to submitting an offer. Jim is not a salesman, he is a craftsman of his trade. Jason was recommended by a friend, and help me find and purchase a home. He had a good knowledge of the Warren and Sterling Heights area that the house search focused on. He also had a good knowledge of the financial process after the home inspection was passed. I would recommend Jason Minnick as an agent to help find and buy a house.
