Justin was very helpful and went above and beyond his call of duty. When the FHA appraisal didn't pass inspection Justin was on it and the whole process with quicken loans Justin played a big role in getting the loan through. I would recommend Justin to family and friends.

We decided to have Jason list our home after we having a bad experience with another realtor. Jason and his assistants are a dream team! Extremely professional and on top of their game. I would highly recommend Jason to my family and friends ! Courteous, professional and always there when you need anything! Can not ask for much more.

Let me first say that I live 600 miles away from the where the property was listed and sold. This was the property that my Mom had owned and lived in for 30 years. She passed away last year. I initially looked for realtors through the internet and found Market Elite and Jason and decided to contact him due to the closeness of the realty company to the condo and also the rating that it was given. I made one to trip to Michigan to start putting some things in order. I called Jason as soon as I could when I got there and set up... read more

Jack was very thorough and patient throughout the home-buying process. We looked at several homes over an extended period of time and Jack never seemed to mind.

From the moment we began our search to the last signature, Jim was there for us. His years of experience and knowledge of the business helped my husband and I buy the place of our dreams. He made the entire process easy and so much quicker than we thought, which I appreciated since anything to do with buying or selling a home can be overwhelming. I highly recommend that anyone ready to make a move call Jim. He's honest and will absolutely go the extra mile to make sure you are a happy and satisfied customer. Jan & Doug M.

Jim did a great job for us both buying and selling our home. He was very responsive and easy to talk to! He first helped us buy our home, we were so pleased with the service that we asked him to list our then-current house. Jim helped us to sell the house in one day!! Because of his knowledge and due diligence, we sold the house for more than we originally thought was possible. Great job Jim Knodell!

Jim was wonderful. I've heard bad things about realtors in general, but he did not fit any of those stereotypes. We trusted him absolutely, and he was completely honest with us about every property we saw. He's so knowledgeable that it's like having an inspector go through the house with you. He gave us his honest evaluation on every property, but never tried to sway our opinion. He was willing to meet us anytime, anywhere, even outside of his usual area. He communicated everything thoroughly and always responded to us promp... read more
