After several phone conversations and overnight mail arrangements including giving them a credit card for the deposit snd faxing them picture ID they sold my car to another buyer. They claim they didn’t receive the information on time which is bull. Not only are they apparently too stupid to put a sold sign on the car they refuse to even accept responsibility for their screw up. Never again with these incompetent nasty people. Back away

RecommendedWe recently had a mishap with adding fluid incorrectly and noticed this dealership right across the street. We drove it over and were greeted by Steve in the service department. We explained what happened and without hesitation got us in right away to fix the problem. This was on a Saturday when they were very busy. Had to wait only an hour. I was so pleased with the experience we had. They took what was a very worrying situation and made it into a pleasant outcome. Thank you for taking care of us out of towners!!!

RecommendedMike and Ken where great to work with and they treat you like family! My wife and I will always buy a SUV and pickup truck from them! The service department is great to work with! I recommend this dealership to everyone one who what’s great service! Love this place!!!

RecommendedEveryone here at Marino was beyond AMAZING! I’ve bought several trucks from here, and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Kenny was my sales guy and he got me in and out in no time. As for service I wouldn’t go to any other dealer! Marino has top of the line, and I put in all my trust in that. Thanks again for everyone at Marino doing such a great job!

RecommendedAfter the initial price check shock, I must say I really appreciate the work that Marino Dealer did. Teresa Nelson did an outstanding job explaining the work needed and a recall, which Andre had forgotten about. The waiting area is super comfy, and before we realized... the work was done! Andre is super happy that Olaf, Da Jeep, is ready for winter weather. Thank you Teresa and have happy holidays!

Because of this experience I change to Marino for all service on my Dodge Journey. On Saturday my check engine light came on.
