It’s too bad that after my car was in your shop for 3 weeks, despite multiple emails and response to your service questionnaire your manager Bob still does not have the courtesy to return an email or phone call. It seems that your ‘customer first’ saying is not true.
I would have to rate my experience low. I was very disappointed in how my services was handled. I dropped my vehicle off October 12th, which I had a scheduled FULL diagnostic for Tuesday, October 15th. I left my car with Marino from Saturday to Friday October 18th. While I was out the country. Now, I expressed all the concerns I had with my 2010 Sebring with both the service argent and the rep that took my keys. I received a call Sunday October 13th explaining the finding on my vehicle. If you have a graveyard shift job DO NOT schedule an appointment for service. My husband had an appointment today 11/22/19 at 7:30 am. They are just now getting to our vehicle at 2:00 pm. Supposedly there is only one mechanic. There was a problem with servicing another vehicle from yesterday. The service department told my husband that it would be a little bit before they got to our vehicle. A little bit is NOT 6 1/2 hours! RecommendedAlways a pleasant experience Ralph Martinez and the whole team of service advisor’s are great friendly and through. The service technician’s do a great job pointing out potential future repairs to keep my Jeep running great and my financial budget stable. You will have to be patient if you choose to wait for your vehicle as it can takes hours for the service team to complete their tasks.
