If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. This place is absolute garbage. Nobody should ever go here. The sale process was fine, sure. But now, I am the proud owner of a 2019 Jeep Lemon, and have been forced to deal with a service department full of incompetent jackasses who do a half-ass job, and that simply do not care about you. Apparently a brand new car failing after 500 miles is MY problem because I'm treated as a nuisance, not a customer that dropped $40k on a new car. HORRIBLE dealership!!!!!! I called and made an offer on a vehicle; my offer was 8% below the Fair Market Price according to Kelley Blue Book because I was going to be putting OVER 50% down. They informed me they would contact the manager and get right back to me. Couple days later and I have YET to get a direct response. Their indirect response was to INCREASE their asking price to almost 20% over KBB Fair Market Price!!!!! Buyers BEWARE! Horrible customer service. No integrity. Over-priced. The service is great, when you first walk in there is already someone there to greet you. They shake your hand and give you a smile and after they have helped you anyone that sees you also welcomes you and even shake your hand and ask if you are been tended. Not only is their service great, they’re ability to perfectly finish the job is outstanding. My husband and I recently purchased a 2018 Jeep Compass. The process at Marino was seamless and easy. Our salesman Roberto was attentive to our needs and requests, stayed within our budget, was to the point and not pushy at all. Lauren in the office was awesome. She kept bringing us water and making sure we had a snack! (What dealership does that?!) Tony, the owner even popped in to introduce himself and see if all was going well. RecommendedIf I could give Juan Carlos a million stars I would! Super friendly and goes out of the way for his customers! Bought a Cherokee and a wrangler from him and will hopefully be buying more cars in the future! Everyone there has been very friendly!
