A few years ago I walked in here to purchase a vehicle. I was told that I probably couldn't afford what I wanted. They tried to sell me something I didn't want. Then as I was about to leave they started showing me what I wanted to begin with. Why show me something if I cant afford it? Oh I see, you were playing games. Eloy I am sorry to hear about your experience at our dealership. Do you remember who you spoke with? We definitely have time to service cars. Maybe not the same day as we try and schedule all our customers so they get their vehicle serviced in a timely fashion but certainly not several weeks out. As for sales I will Look in to your experience. This is how we get better as a team so thank you for the feedback

I bought a brand new 2016 Chrysler 200 from here, it's currently in their service shop. it's been giving me problems left n right. Its under warranty but I feel like they keep giving me temporary solutions as opposed to a permanent one... I should have bought a Toyota/Hyundai instead.. at least they give you a ride home from the dealership..
