RecommendedOver the 4th of July weekend, our car broke down in transit to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We do not live in the Chicago area and had no experience with any of the surrounding dealerships. Based on location alone, I asked that my car be towed the 7 miles to Marino Chrysler Jeep Dodge. Tried to trade in my car because the lease is up. Got told there wasn’t any room for them to take my car. So if I drove there, there isn’t a single spot on all of your lots for my one vehicle that has been serviced with you twice in the past? With customer service being a top priority according to the webpage, it sure doesn’t seem like they will work with me to turn my car in and get my business on a new vehicle.
