Tried to convince me my car was a total lemon and that I should trade it in for 2500 when I bought it for 15k a year ago. Turns out all it needed was a new battery. Also, their car wash broke the roof rack on my Jeep so now I've gotta pay for that. F these shady people.

We offered you $5k for your vehicle that had issues with it. On an 2009 Commander with 113k miles that sounds fair. It doesn’t matter what you paid for it. Market value is market value Did you ever talk to Service about our car wash that broke your roof rack at the time of service?
they lie to you about everything and make it seem like you are approved. then they deny you after 4 hours of waiting for them to answer you. they are the worst . went to dodge by midway and got a car same day.

This is the worst dealership in the world starting with the piss poor customer service.. I went in for a FREE warranty service check...they told me I needed rear back breaks.. they quoted me $486...I laughed and said no thanks..I went to Midas the tech there let me know they didn't even check the back breaks...all's that was need was a cleaning for $33...I said wow...I called back asked to speak with service manger(which was rude and not understanding his team made a mistake) I let him know that no one checked the breaks...h... read more

Miles with all due respect how does Midas know what we did and did not do. Our factory union trained technicians suggested a repair and you declined. Not the end of the world. I hope Midas or another dealership provides you with the service that you are seeking Furthermore, I was not there but I doubt our manager was yelling at you. I hope your Jeep does not blow up
