I’ve had the worst experience ever. I was given a different price for a service and charged more after I picked up the car. I was so disappointed seeing how rude employees can be to customers at these tough times. I will never go there again and I will never recommend this location to anyone ever again. I understand economy is down prices are up. But when you tell me a price for an oil change do not change it when I pick up my vehicle. That is very disrespectful and I want others to know how they treat their customers.

We told you the price of the oil change of $ 69.99 full synthetic plus tax. We offered you other options to bring the price down to $55.00 per service but you declined. We will not let you verbally abuse our employee's because you feel you are paying to much for your oil change. We simply told you to leave and have you service done elsewhere.... read more
I had a really bad experience. I was told a lower price on my oil change and then when I picked up the car the price changed and it was more expensive. Everywhere the price is lower. I don’t like that due to pandemic the price is so high. When I asked if we can do anything to lower the price I was rudely told to get out of there. RecommendedI’ve never had an issue with this dealership. Until recently I had a recall recently for my 2014 challenger. Called in on Tuesday last week to make sure parts were in stock, set the appointment for Thursday, but dropped it off Wednesday night at 6pm just to be told to pick it up around 8:30pm the same night because parts ran out. I had rush to take a Lyft back to get my car since the dealership closes at 9pm and I was told parts would take about 5 business days.
