I signed the contract of this home since December 2021 and had the closing date around end of June. Salesperson called me and told me to move closing date toward end of May that I had to follow. Before closing, I asked about all construction parking on my entire street that *** cause difficulty to pass through. Do not build a home with Tripoint Homes ! So many problems with my house and nothing fixed . I paid the builder to build out my cabinets for my wine fridge and sub zero . They did it incorrect and I have ****** worth of fridges sitting in my garage. . Weeks have gone by nothing has been done. Im still missing things for my cabinets that were stolen out of house during construction, making two expensive upgrades unusable. There are not enough characters to allow my feedback.I strongly encourage everyone to think twice before purchasing a home through TriPointe. Our dream home turned into a nightmare during our first year! We heard such positive feedback and visualized gorgeous Trendmaker Homes but the company changed to TriPointe during our building process.Get a private inspector from the beginning of the build journey and have them inspect before, during, before closing, and before the 1 yr anniversary. Went on wait list almost a year ago. Spoke to the builder seller rep and was told that the reason I am not in the release is because I do not opt in when the send out the e-mail to join next release.Explained the builder that I always opt in when those email are sent out.. even went to the office to check and my name was listed, but never called. I went under contract at Tri Pointe's ******************* community in *******, ** on November 7th, 2021. Since going under contract, I've reached out to my sales associate via email on three separate occasions and via phone with voice mail on three separate occasions. My real estate agent also called and left multiple voicemails and sent multiple emails. My experience buying my first home has been extremely challenging dealing with this builder. There were at least 15 items that were not completed before funding. They did not disclose a major issue involving a water leak prior to funding. They also have taken more than 5 months to complete warranty items. They continuously schedule vendors for repairs and they show up and cannot complete the work due to poor instructions and mismanagement. We purchased our home in ********* from tri pointe at the time it was ******. We have messages, emails, verbal agreements on what they would be fixing and a year later were still having major issues with this builder. Once tri pointe took over is when the issues got worse A TON of empty promises from ****, ********************* and *******************. I regret having buying a home from Tri Pointe at **************** in ********, **. My closing date was Feb, 26th, 2021. Since then, i've been trying to solve critical issues, including (1) ground compaction problems by the slab and a collapsed front yard pathway, (2) lack of hot water with their tankless heater system, (3) a $28k sliding door not properly installed, and (4) so many others that wouldn't fit the allowed space i have here. I purchased home from Maracay 2019 in Windemere Ranch community, at end of 2020 within one year warranty I cited concerns that needs to be taken care off. Its been now more than 3 months and Maracay is not scheduling the personal to address these concerns. I keep on following but the warranty personal just keeps on giving dates and no one shows up on appoitment time. ******* ****
