Not the first unhappy customer here, and shame on me for not checking BBB before signing my contract. Given the difficult times they are facing with high interests, I don't understand their sales personnel aggressive attitudes . Agree with the other comments on their in house loan business that is definitely uncompetitive, complicated and somehow shady. BUYER BEWARE!! They promise things they can't deliver on and don't have the skilled workers to install the upgrades they sell. I could write a novel on how bad this experience was from the build to the mortgage process but I'm sure you get the point. If I could leave negative stars I would. The mortgage end of the deal is backed by Loan Depot which is the absolute nightmare. Horrible customer service. My shower grout was different shades. They didnt fix it and *********************** didnt supervise the job. Kept me waiting all day the day they didnt fix it. Told me I was having optical illusions. My degree is design so she offended me. Called customer experience Director and copied the entire Wildrose construction. Well if you want the price to keep increasing and never know when you will receive a house you have been approved for.then this is the company for you!Horrible experience.We were treated well to start then put off for lot selection, offered a much smaller lot for the same price because the one we wanted was chosen by another buyer!?We ended up buying a beautiful home somewhere else and couldnt be happier.

Good luck getting any warranty repairs done. Paid for an upgraded bathroom in my home. Bathtub was ruined during construction, TPH tried to budget friendly to them options to repair it all of them failed (no surprise). Now theyre dragging their feet on repairing it hoping I just go away
Ive purchased multiple houses throughout the years and let me tell you, this company makes you jump through hoops to even get on their list. I tried for over a month to get on their list, I gave them 2 pre-approvals from my lenders and they forced me to go through their lender who then redirected me to loan Depot, then they ran my credit again even though I had explained to them my credit had already been ran before and I didnt want my credit to drop.
