Closed escrow on 09/2017 in *******************. Have had multiple issues with AC unit since we purchased the home. Couple weeks ago our AC repair service discovered the breaker installed by a Tri Pointe contractor was a 30 amp breaker to power a 40 amp AC unit. TriPointe builders, they think their client is the buyer. Vert weird. Their on site people don't understand that the client is their builder and the buyer is represented by a broker. The real estate broker has an obedience, loyalty, disclosure, confidentiality, accounting and reasonable care to the buyer client. Not the first unhappy customer here, and shame on me for not checking BBB before signing my contract. Given the difficult times they are facing with high interests, I don't understand their sales personnel aggressive attitudes . Agree with the other comments on their in house loan business that is definitely uncompetitive, complicated and somehow shady. BUYER BEWARE!! They promise things they can't deliver on and don't have the skilled workers to install the upgrades they sell. I could write a novel on how bad this experience was from the build to the mortgage process but I'm sure you get the point. If I could leave negative stars I would. Horrible customer service. My shower grout was different shades. They didnt fix it and *********************** didnt supervise the job. Kept me waiting all day the day they didnt fix it. Told me I was having optical illusions. My degree is design so she offended me. Called customer experience Director and copied the entire Wildrose construction. Well if you want the price to keep increasing and never know when you will receive a house you have been approved for.then this is the company for you!Horrible experience.We were treated well to start then put off for lot selection, offered a much smaller lot for the same price because the one we wanted was chosen by another buyer!?We ended up buying a beautiful home somewhere else and couldnt be happier.
