We live in the mountains of Colorado, where the winter temp is often below zero. Our home has been an Amerigas customer for many years. For the last three years, we have paid Amerigas to "check and fill" our tank - promising to deliver propane when our 350 gal tank gets below 20%. Amerigas is lying cheating people I’m a disabled mother my children have issues also on the 13th I run out of propane I keep calling every day and they keep telling lies is now the 27th and nothing no heat no hot water sadly the furnace and water heater are propane every day I’ve called and waited 30 minutes or more to get lied too I wish a lot of us could sue them for pain and suffering mentally

It took so long to get propane at our office, I believe we'd have got more action waiting on fumes from fracking! Undeniably the worst customer service ever. They tell you "it's on the way within 72 hours" but of course it never arrives. Constantly put on hold, or hang up. Our local propane company was bought out by these losers. The office has since been closed with a supervisor and a delivery truck, so we have to rely on the insufferable customer service agents to complete an order. Propane was delivered when I wasn't home. Driver locked the tank at that time - explanation from customer care days later was that my tank was too low, so the driver filled the tank and left. No communication - didn't know that my tank was locked until I went to take a shower this morning and had no hot water. No hot water, no heat, no oven. When I called customer care this morning, the rep couldn't tell me when someone would be out to unlock the tank. She said to call back in the afternoon. Ordered gas 2 weeks ago.Keep getting told it’s coming today then I call again and I am told it’s not scheduled.I am 67 years old and my husband is home sick with Covid.I am going to run out of gas and have no heat or hot water. They don’t care and actually said they can schedule an emergency delivery at an extra charge.What? That’s an answer? If we run out we can’t go anywhere due to his having Covid He could die if we get no heat.THEY DONT CARE

Absolutely terrible service. I put in for a delivery online on 1/02/2021 with both tanks at 50%. I did it so early knowing they were extremely backed up, thinking I would get it by the time I really needed it. I was told it would be here by the 18th. It is now the 25th and I have yet to receive the delivery. I've called 5 times since the 19th and have been continuously told it would definitely be the next day, the next day, the next day. It took two weeks to get a fill and they only Filled to 33% meaning it was already time to book another delivery the same day as the one I just had. But wait it gets better they now upped the charged per gallon the same day for the next delivery from 1.88 to 2.04. This company is a fucking joke. They literally answer within a minute for new clients and as soon as you become there’s the ball gets drop every second following. Can’t wait to switch to a company that actually delivers.

Avoid doing business with this company. Absolutely terrible customer service. Company does not respond to to billing errors and continues to bill for services we did not receive. Company never responded when we requested propane delivery and a larger tank, so we found another provider. Impossible to reach the company; no response to multiple emails and letters sent, unreasonably long hold times and no ability to leave a message or request a call back. Should not have a license to do business in Missouri.
