This company is charging astronomical prices for its product and services. If your a customer who is unable to have “autopay” your subjected to being surprisingly caught with empty propane tanks in the middle of winter. And if your like me and have to juggle your bills you will be forced to pay up front for any delivery even in the coldest stretch of winter in NH. Avoid! I paid for fuel weeks ago. I now have no heat. It's 12 degrees outside I have small children. I called and they routed me. Then did not show. Called again, not even on a route and after calling for the 9th time I am supposed to have delivery in 3 more days. Run from this company as fast as you can. They are aweful. I seriously doubt I will be getting my delivery!
Horrible company, they don't deserve 1 star, I have multiple complaints over the past 5 years, can't wait to get to get rid of them. Almost impossible to get them on the phone or by email, pay for automatic fill yet they miss deliveries, when you run out it takes them DAYS to deliver. They keep making us move the tank and other changes, although we paid them to inspect the tank and they approved everything. Refuse to tell me what steps should be taken to terminate service. By far the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Worse than cable companies and that takes effort. Their off-shore call center phone customer dis-service center is in place to buffer their actual shore based employees from receiving the deluge of complaints they would receive. Just a deplorably bad, poorly run company.
just paid final bill that I don't think I owed tank was empty and disconnected. wanted to take it back myself but was told due to COVID no one was there. Tried to contact main office by phone and email several times about this bill but no reply. Got another bill stating they were going add late fees. They lie when every you call to get an update on delivery. I have waited almost two weeks now to receive my delivery. I have been promised a deliver on three occasions. I have now less than 5 % left it is 27 outside and no delivery. I pay my bill on time. You charge a high rate for propane and charge an additional charge each year for auto refill guaranteed not to run out. The tank residue will clog up my furnace injector has it has in the past when you didn't come in time and I had to pay to have it replaced. They have the ... read more
I ran out of gas and had to request a emergency delivery. I was charged a separate fee which I do not have a problem with them charging. I am new to propane heat and did not realize how fast it would be consumed so it was my fault. What I do have a problem with is the amount of the extra fee. The add on fee for the emergency delivery was $300 on top of the cost of the propane of $669. Almost a 50% upcharge which seems excessive and seems like price gouging.
They aquired a local company as we were leaving that company. We called them to come pickup our rented tank (our original contact had no fee to pickup) there was no mention of a $75 fee either. I have tried contacting them multiple times via phone, waiting on hold for over an hour on 3 separate occasions, never connected with a representative.
