This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in 45 years. I can't believe they are still in business. I have missed 5 days of work my nephews birthday. And here I sit on my birthday waiting for propain that was promised to me and I get no phone calls nothing. I have a. Handicap dad. That. Had not showered In A week and a half. If I could give it a 0 rating I would. 1 is too good for them. An F for failure is what I submit. This company has no integrity, and the customer service is awful. They clearly don't speak to each other and read off a prepared script. I have never been so upset with a company that I had to file a complaint with BBB. They have the audacity to send my account to collections when they owe me money. I had a tank removed due to selling my home. I had 62% gas left in my tank and after removal was due a credit. If I could rate as a zero I would. We were customers for over 20 years-paying a yearly tank rental. The last 5 years of rental, the gauge on the tank had been broken-which resulted in running out of propane at random times. We notified them countless times & requested it to be fixed-they refused. We ran out of propane AGAIN on Dec 12, 2021when it was cold & rainy and everyone was ill-they wanted to charge me emergency delivery fees and after hour fees to deliver.
