Do not recommend!! We paid $587 for propane at 8 AM on Monday and now we are at 7% the lady said they would be out on Thursday. I called and talked to 2 people and they do not care. I recommend o small business that cares. We will be switching
Horrific company to try to work with. Couldn't get my tank filled after numerous attempts on the phone and on their web site. Hired another company. Now I can't get Amerigas to come and get their tank. I can't recall every dealing with a company as bad as this one.
The absolute worst customer service and follow through we have ever experienced. Evidently ******** *******(who we have been receiving all billing and communications through for at least a year) was purchased by Amerigas. We were never informed and have been paying ********up until today (legal?). After having scheduled a delivery 2 weeks ago, nothing but lip service has been offered by AmeriGas. This is the worst organization I have ever dealt with. 3 weeks I have been waiting on my propane refill, snd every day I call and they give me the run around. I’ve never felt so disrespected.
I'm on a automatic fill. I've called twice this week to have the tanks filled because it's been so cold we have burnt more. I'm now out of propane and they said they would call within a few hours for delivery after being told the day before they would expedite my delivery. I'm tired of the walk around stories they give. Just fill the ****tanks already. I will be switching suppliers.
This company is the worst that I have ever dealt with. I am a automatic delivery customer. Request for delivery was requested on 2/5/2021. I have called 8 times for an expedited delivery starting 2/14/2021. Each time I was promised a delivery within 2 days or same day. Yesterday I was told the delivery truck was only a mile from my house and had only 2 deliveries before me. That was at 9:42 A.M. At noon, I still had not received the delivery. Service is absolutely the worst. 16+ days and still no delivery. I don’t care where you are, if Amerigas is the local provider, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
AMERIGAS does not deserve even 1 star. I ordered propane 1/26/2021. Still waiting on my order. Ran out of propane 1 week ago and now my house is frozen. Literally the thermostat is reading 32 degrees. Requested for a supervisor to call and have not heard from one. I have been on their route schedule for weeks now and everyday no propane delivered.
