I can’t recommend Mann jewellery enough. Everyone working there are the loveliest people. I recently had two rings resized and polished, they came back absolutely perfect. They look better than they did when I first got them! It’s a great feeling knowing your jewellery’s in hands you can trust. The whole process was easy and friendly, just really lovely from start to finish.

Excellent service. I needed a clasp extending on a locket which is very precious. The staff were super friendly and fixed it there and then. Thank you both so much

Appalling customer service - they broke my watch!!! Took my watch in for a replacement battery, they couldn’t get the back reassembled. Sent off to their repairers, they couldn’t fix it, sent it to the watch manufacturer, they couldn’t fix it, offered a watch to same value from their shop, finally settled for the broken watch back and the cost paid into my account. 5 weeks of messing about. And not one genuine apology, just a “well these things happen” attitude. They even tried to change for the battery! Shocking.
