They tried to lower my trade in value on my truck mid deal by $3000 after I mentioned the internet price on their truck. Then they refused to sell me the truck at their internet price which i am pretty sure is not legal. I was ready to buy, had my own financing lined up, my trade in and a down payment. If this review is disputed I even have photos of the paperwork to prove it what they did. Update as of January 6 at 5:15 PM. Sitting in showroom for 50 minutes and counting. Waiting to speak to Heffery Wessels the General Manager. Yes, that is correct, we have been waiting 50 minutes to speak with the GM. He has yet to reach out to us to address our concerns. Very disappointing, but not surprised given the current history of how they have handle their poor paint repair work. We purchased a 2019 Ford Mustang Ecoboost. Terrible customer service. Couldn’t get them to return calls or even attempt to make a sale. Their website price showed $11.5k off the new explorers, and they couldn’t honor that. They just try to get you in the door and once they knew I wasn’t local, they made no efforts at all to give me anymore information on the vehicle. They try scamming you, and beat around the bush and will waste your time.
Communication from the dealership was poor. They are nice people. Just not very organized or responsive. Follow up was poor. Paperwork was sloppy.
I had work done in their service department and they couldn’t have been more helpful and accommodating. Everyone I dealt with went out of their way to help and was friend’s dad courteous. I recommend them to anyone
