We just Purchased a new “lemon” 2020 Ford Explorer limited and the transmission failed. The car literally shut down on the interstate, burning engine, grease covered on vehicle with 3 kids in the car. I have not even made my first car payment! said they were going to put new tires on my used truck I bought ,but they did not. Still waiting to here about gas cap door they said thywere going to replace . No return phone calls. Did not put back floor Matt's when detailing .no one knows where they went . no stars

Went to 5 dealerships before coming back to these guys to close the deal. I went in for an XLT, but they worked really hard to put me on the Lariat I fell in love with. I made an appointment...arrived on time early in the morning..waited for 6 hours and finally had to leave cause my van didn't get no attention..worst dealership I've ever been to.
Terrible customer service. Said they “changed my batteries”. They did not and I was stuck at my job for hours waiting on a friend to assist me and getting new ones. Definitely don’t recommend them at all. They are not very friendly and you feel judged upon arrival. They do not live up to the standards they want you to believe they have. 0/5stars
Seriously lacking customer service. Tried to look at a Ranger and the sales person would not even open the door of the vehicle for me without having my drivers license. Didn’t give it up and went and bought a Colorado from Hendrick. Stay away people.
My 2018 f-150 has been in the service 10-11 times 61 error codes media screen goes blank engine light comes on tail gate would not latch correctly improper cold weather fluids in vehicle new driver seat. Only answer they would give me on error codes is to drive vehicle see what happens All this under the 36,000 mile warranty. Ford corporate has no answers I gave up on Ford corporate.
I have purchased three vehicles from them and each and every time we came to an agreement. Their service department has always been top notch.
